Percentage increase in annual total compensation ratio

The remuneration for our Executive Board members is essentially fixed for the duration of the three-year or five-year contract. In principle, this means that no annual adjustments are made. In Germany, the remuneration of all employees was last increased in November 2018 thanks to a new collective bargaining agreement. This means there was no general renumeration adjustment in 2019. The next general renumeration adjustment will take place in July 2020 in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement for the chemical industry.
